HOW IT WORKS
1. MEET & GREET
Have a meeting with the clients where clients will share their design aesthetic, wants and needs. Our design team will listen and discuss expectation management in order to meet all your needs for the project.
2. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Our designer will draw up a floor plan and conceptual design (transform a concept or idea into visual media). Once you approve it, we will continue with the design contract for 3D drawing.
3. "LET'S CREATE IT"
After showing the concept; if the clients are OK with the concept, we will send the clients a contract for designing the project’s 3D drawing and then ask clients to “sign off”.
4. SCHEMATIC DESIGN & DRAWINGS
2 – 3 weeks after the contract is signed, we’ll present the design documents (built drawings, interior elevations, furniture plan, a basic 3D model and beautiful renderings) to the clients for review, then finalize the products.
5. "MAKE IT COME TRUE"
Based on the final 3D drawing, we will quote the prices and send the quotation for the clients. The construction contract will be signed after the quotation is approved.
6. PRODUCE / PURCHASING
We will manufacture or purchase all the products / items which are listed in the quotation. Build up a working timeline which clients can also track all the work on it.
7. "IT IS RIGHT HERE!"
We will install and arrange all the stuff. After all work is done, we’ll do the walkthrough and hand-over with the clients.
